Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 October 2026. By using TikTok to MP4 (tiktoktomp4.app) you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short.
1. The service
TikTok to MP4 lets you save public TikTok posts (videos, photos and sounds) to your own device. Files are fetched from TikTok when you ask for them and passed to you directly. We do not host, store or own any of that content.
2. Personal use only
You may use TikTok to MP4 for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as watching a video offline or keeping a copy of your own posts. You may not:
- reupload, sell or publicly share content you don’t own without the owner’s permission;
- use the service to infringe copyright or any other right;
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to send links to the service, or overload it;
- try to get around limits, security measures or access controls of TikTok to MP4 or of TikTok;
- use TikTok to MP4 for anything unlawful.
3. Respect for creators
Every video, photo and sound belongs to its creator or rights holder. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to download and use what you save, and for following the laws of your country and the terms of the platforms you use. If you want to reuse someone’s work, ask them first and credit them.
4. Copyright complaints
We respond to valid notices from rights holders. See the Copyright page to ask us to block a post or an account from being processed.
5. No affiliation
TikTok to MP4 is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. “TikTok” is a trademark of its owner.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided as is and as available. We can’t promise that every post can be saved, or that the service will always be online, error-free, or work the same way. Features may change or stop at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TikTok to MP4 and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service or of content you save with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
8. Third-party services
Content comes from TikTok. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, and it shows advertising from third-party partners. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using TikTok to MP4 after a change, you accept the updated terms.
