Privacy Policy

Who we are

This policy covers TikTok to MP4 at tiktoktomp4.app. You can reach the operator at [email protected].

What we collect, and why

The link you paste and the post’s public details. To list the files, we read the public post: its ID, the creator’s @username and caption. We log the post ID, the creator’s username, the formats you saved and the time, so we can see what works and fix what doesn’t. This is information about public posts, not about you.

Technical information. Your request reaches us through Cloudflare, which uses your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We do not store your IP address. For statistics we keep:

  • the country your request came from (worked out by Cloudflare);
  • the type of device and the family of operating system and browser (for example mobile, Android, Chrome), never the full browser identifier;
  • a random-looking code made from your IP address and the date, which changes every day and can’t be turned back into the address. It only lets us count how many different people used the site on a day.

Your preferences. If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser remembers it in its own storage. It never leaves your device.

Files. Videos, photos and sounds pass from TikTok to you and are never stored by us. MP3 files are made on your own device.

Advertising

TikTok to MP4 is free because it shows ads. Our advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and measure results. Ads are shown to all visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. See the Cookie Policy.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited). Google Analytics sets its own cookies. Google’s privacy policy applies to that data.

How long we keep it

Detailed records of lookups and downloads are deleted after 30 days. After that, only daily totals remain (for example, 1,200 downloads from Brazil on 3 March), which identify no one.

Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we process the data above on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a free, secure and reliable service and in understanding how it is used.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent personal data. Data is processed by our service providers only as needed to run the site: Cloudflare (delivery and security), our hosting provider, Google (analytics), and our advertising partners.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Because we don’t keep IP addresses or accounts, we usually can’t link any record to a person. To make a request, email [email protected].

Children

TikTok to MP4 is not meant for children under 13. TikTok itself requires users to be at least 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
